Provision of customized precision components for the automotive roof rack system of the globally renowned automotive brand, TOYOTA.
The project achieved a monthly production capacity of 5,000 pieces with a comprehensive quality pass rate of 99.8%.

Solutions:

For this project, JIAZHAN Industrial deployed large-tonnage high-precision die casting cells paired with multi-axis CNC precision machining centers. In the surface finishing stage, we established a multi-layered automotive-grade composite surface modification process encompassing Anodizing, Electrophoresis, and high-weatherability Powder Coating. Validated by stringent coating adhesion tests (cross-cut test) and environmental simulation experiments, these processes impart exceptional corrosion resistance, UV resistance, and anti-scratch mechanical performance to the roof racks. The end products flawlessly pass TOYOTA's highly rigorous Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) test and accelerated weathering standards.
